The mandatory job walk will take place on December 08, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Terrace View Elementary School located at 22731 Grand Terrace Road Grand Terrace Ca, 92313. Contractors will meet in the front of the school administration building. There will be a 5-minute grace period for contractors after the stated start time. Contractors arriving after grace period will not be allowed to sign-in and bids will be considered unresponsive. Job walk is mandatory for General Contractors, optional for subcontractors.
