The mandatory job walk will take place on July 31, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Colton High School located at 777 West Valley Blvd., Colton, CA 92324. Contractors will meet in the front of the school administration building. There will be a 5-minute grace period for contractors after the stated start time. Contractors arriving after grace period will not be allowed to sign-in and bids will be considered unresponsive. Job walk is mandatory for GC’s., optional for subcontractors.

As a condition of submitting a bid for this Project, and in accordance with California Public Contract Code section 20111.6, prospective bidders are required to submit to the District the completed PREQUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE. These documents will be the basis for determining which bidders are qualified to bid on this Project. Prequalification documents are available from the Colton Joint Unified School District Website under Facilities Department/Resources or by contacting (909)580-6642. Prequalification documents must be submitted to Facilities & Energy Management Department at 325 Hermosa Street, Building #5, Colton, CA 92324 by 4:00P.M. on August 22, 2025.
